- Organic fabrics have naturally occurring color and texture fluctuations. These characterictics are typical of organic materials and should not be viewed as flaws.
- When will my products ship?
- We make each item to order, therefore please allow 7-10 business days to make and ship your order. Each order and shipment is confirmed via email.
- How do I care for my tea towels?
- We recommend that tea towels are washed in cold water on gentle cycle. Dry on low heat or line dry, cool iron if needed. Do not bleach.
- Can I have this sent as a gift?
- Sure. Email us at info@hammocksandhightea.com with your text. We do not gift wrap but will gladly include a card with your gift.
- What is your return policy?
- As our products are made by hand, slight variations may occur. Returns are only accepted on defective goods; on the condition that items are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt. We do our best to ensure your order is packaged and shipped safely; we are not responsible for damages that occur during shipping.
